    This curly maple set has been double dyed with red and then blue. It has rich red tones and nice figure.  The blue dye never really penetrated the wood.  Acrylic stabilized, sanded to 180 grit and lightly buffed.  Our stabilized wood is wiped with mineral spirits to show the detail.
